Tank and Drain Services is a fast-expanding provider of Drain Maintenance / Liquid Waste
Management/ Hazardous Waste Services in the Dublin and greater Leinster area which is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to develop our increasing client portfolio.


What We’re Looking For

The Role:

Reports to:

The Contracts Manager will report to the Sales and Business Development Manager on a weekly basis.

 

Job Overview

The successful applicant will be expected, initially, to take our customer data base and reintroduce the company to existing and older customers. They will be expected to find additional business with existing contacts but also plan and execute a targeted sales campaign for new customers in the FM and Semi State areas.

He/she will be central to the development of relationships we have with our customers and will act as a liaison between customers and operations during the delivery of the works.

The duties applicable to the role are:

  • Development of relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new customers in our target markets and deliver sales
  • To ensure that clear instructions and details are provided to the operations department before works are carried out.
  • Carry out planned marketing and sales natives to promote the company.

Provide sales forecast and reviews using key performance indicators. Success will be measured on Actual Sales Achieved, Additional Business brought in from Existing and new Customers.

Sales Representative

Tank and Drain Services is a fast-expanding provider of Drain Maintenance / Liquid Waste
Management/ Hazardous Waste Services in the Dublin and greater Leinster area which is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to develop our increasing client portfolio.

Applicants with experience in the drain maintenance business will have an advantage and be expected to build on successful working relationships with Construction and Manufacturing industries.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic self-starter with a successful track record in our industry.

The salary package will be commensurate to his/her experience, will include company vehicle and commission options.

Also responsible for securing purchase order numbers and helping account payable for time to time.

The duties applicable to the role are:

  • Development of relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new customers in our target markets and deliver sales
  • To ensure that clear instructions and details are provided to the operations department before works are carried out.
  • Carry out planned marketing and sales natives to promote the company.
  • Provide sales forecast and reviews using key performance indicators.

Success will be measured on Actual Sales Achieved, Additional Business brought in from Existing and New Customers.

Qualifications:

  • Education level: Leaving Cert basic but third level engineering an advantage.
  • Experience.: Ideally require someone with a minimum of two years in the drain maintenance business. Otherwise clear evidence of a successful sales career.
  • Specific skills. Computer skills associated with sales, Word, Excel, etc. also full knowledge of social media e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
  • Personal characteristics: presentable, neat, well spoken, enthusiastic.
  • Certifications: Third Level Sales, Engineering,
  • Licenses: Full Driving License

Driver/ Operator

Tank and Drain require a Driver/ Operator to join their growing team on a Full-Time Basis.


What We’re Looking For

The Role:

Tank and Drain specialize in Liquid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste and Drain Maintenance. We provide cost effective and safe solutions to all types of liquid waste and hazardous waste streams. We require a Driver/Operator with a clean C Licence.

 

Experience:

  • 2+ year’s experience in a similar role
  • Clean C Licence
  • Fluent written and oral English
  • Drainage experiene
